How do I make an appointment?

The patient can call in directly or have the referring physician's office call to schedule the appointment. The telephone number to schedule an appointment is (480) 425-8004.
The patient must have had an MRI within 4 months of the scheduled appointment and a referral if required by current insurance company.

What happens next?

An appointment is scheduled, should appointment guidelines be met.
Patient will be asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment and hand carry the actual MRI films and report(s) ~ we do not accept CD’s.

What else do I need to know?

Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Dr. Marciano’s clinic hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m
