Dr. Felipe Albuquerque graduated from the University of Maryland medical school, Magna Cum Laude. He subsequently completed his neurosurgery training at the University of Southern California, where he also completed an additional year of endovascular training. Dr. Albuquerque joined the Barrow Neurological Institute in 1999, where he completed two years of additional training in endovascular neurosurgery and cerebrovascular neurosurgery, and joined the team of physicians providing BNA patients with complete endovascular coverage. Dr. Albuquerque is multi-lingual and recognized as one of the outstanding young endovascular neurosurgeons in the Southwestern United States. |
