Welcome to Barrow Neurosurgical Associates (BNA).  At BNA, we are committed to helping you get the treatment you need and the individual care you deserve. Because our physicians and neurosurgeons possess expertise spanning numerous specialties, and because specific conditions may require different diagnostic and treatment approaches, appointment scheduling may differ by physician and/or by neurologic condition.

In general, there are three main steps to scheduling an appointment and securing treatment from our physicians and neurosurgeons: 

1. Have your doctor refer you to a physician here at BNA, or call the ResourceLink at 602.406.6281 (or 800.227.7691) to speak to an experienced professional who will help you select the appropriate physician or neurosurgeon for your condition.  You also can call our office at 602.406.3181 and ask to be referred to the Practice Coordinator for the physician you wish to see. (Call 480.425.8004 for our Scottsdale Office and 602.863.1442 for our Glendale Office).

2. You will likely be asked to provide recent MRI scans, x-rays, medical records and other diagnostic test information prior to arranging your appointment. 


3. Your BNA physician will review the information you provide to determine if there are surgical treatment options.  If so, an appointment will be made for a consultation with the neurosurgeon.  If not, recommendations will be made for other treatment options, such as physical therapy or pain management.
